• Information we collect:

• How we use your information:

  We may use the information that we collect about you for the following purposes:
  

  • Response to messages: if you use our “Contact Us” service to ask us a question or to send us a message, we will use your information to respond to the same and in relation to any further dialogue such interaction gives rise to. If that gives rise to other consequential disclosure of your information including to third parties as a result of such of such interaction, we shall be entitled to make such disclosure. 
  • Subscribing for newsletters: if you subscribe for any newsletter or other materials available through our website, we will use your information to send you the relevant information sought (subject to our right to refuse any such materials at our sole discretion) and in relation to any further dialogue such interaction gives rise to. If that gives rise to other consequential disclosure of your information including to third parties as a result of such interaction, we shall be entitled to make such disclosure. We will keep your information in relation to your subscriber status.

We will periodically delete personal data of users who are dormant for more than 12 months. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored and used indefinitely.

  In addition, you may withdraw any consent you have provided to us to process your data at any time.      
  

  Do note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw the consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.

However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
